What Brainwired is
A thoughtfully designed journal + toolkit for people whose brains work differently. The pages borrow from well-established frameworks (CBT-lite, mindfulness, values work) and present them in a friendly, low-friction format.
What Brainwired is not
- A medical device or approved treatment.
- A substitute for therapy or psychiatric care.
- A diagnosis tool.
- A replacement for your ADHD or anxiety medication.

Working with professionals
Brainwired works alongside therapy, not instead of it. The pages are informed by evidence-based frameworks (CBT, self-compassion, adult ADHD research). If your therapist wants to know more, forward them this page or email sarah@getbrainwired.com.
Safety of the tools
The CBT-lite, grounding, and cognitive distortions pages draw from widely-used evidence-based frameworks. They're safe to use for most adults. If you have a history of severe trauma or specific clinical needs, please discuss with your therapist before using.
Insurance and liability
Brainwired is sold AS-IS as a self-help tool. We don't carry professional liability insurance because we're not providing therapy. Use the journal as a complement to (not a replacement for) professional mental-health care.
