What we collect
To sell you a digital journal and email your download link, we collect your email address and payment details. Payment is handled by Stripe or Gumroad. We never store your card number on our servers.
If you opt in to the 3-page preview or newsletter, we store your email with our email provider (Beehiiv or Mailchimp) until you unsubscribe.
What we don't do
- Sell or rent your data to anyone. Ever.
- Share your email with third parties outside our email and payment providers.
- Track you across the web with third-party cookies.
Analytics
We use privacy-focused analytics (Plausible or similar) to understand which pages people find useful. No personal data, no tracking cookies, fully GDPR-compliant.
Your rights (GDPR + CCPA)
- Ask what data we have on you.
- Ask us to delete all your data.
- Ask us to export your data.
- Opt out of all marketing at any time (every email has a one-click unsubscribe).
Email sarah@brainwired.co with the subject “Data request”and we'll action it within 7 days.
Data we retain after purchase
Your email and order record for 7 years (for tax + refund purposes). Nothing else. After 7 years or on request, everything is deleted.
