If Brainwired doesn't change your mornings in 30 days, reply to any email from us. We'll refund 100% of your purchase price.
You keep the PDF.No need to delete it. If it helps you later, we'd rather you have it.
How to request a refund
- Reply to any email from Brainwired (order receipt, newsletter, etc).
- Or email directly: sarah@brainwired.co
- Write “Refund” in the subject line.
- That's it. No reason required. No survey. No guilt.
How long it takes
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of your request. Stripe refunds appear on your statement in 5 to 10 business days. Gumroad refunds usually in 3 to 5.
Who this is for
Anyone. Bought it last week? Bought it 29 days ago? Bought two tiers by mistake? Any of those. Refundable.
What we don't do
- Ask why.
- Try to talk you out of it.
- Make you fill out a form.
- Require you to delete the PDF.
- Stop you from coming back later.
Why this policy exists
Digital products get a bad reputation. A lot of people've been burned by “all sales final” policies. We'd rather lose a few refunds than make someone anxious about a $10.97 decision.
If it doesn't help your brain, you shouldn't have to pay for it.
After 30 days
After 30 days, we can't automatically refund. But email us anyway. If something went wrong, we'll make it right.
