How to request a refund
- Reply to any email from Brainwired (order receipt, newsletter, etc).
- Or email me directly: sarah@getbrainwired.com
- Write “Refund” in the subject line.
- That's it. No reason required. No survey. No guilt.
How long it takes
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of your request through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Most banks show the refund on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.

Halfway through the first 30 days and the journal isn't clicking yet? Reply to any email. I'll record you a voice note with a plan, just for your brain. That bonus is free, whether you stay or refund. The seal at the top of this page makes the same promise. This is the policy version.
Who this is for
Anyone. Bought it last week? Bought it 29 days ago? Bought two tiers by mistake? Any of those. Refundable.
What I don't do

Why this policy exists
Digital products get a bad reputation. A lot of people've been burned by “all sales final” policies. I'd rather lose a few refunds than make someone anxious about a $19 decision.
If it doesn't help your brain, you shouldn't have to pay for it.

After 30 days, I can't automatically refund. But email me anyway. If something went wrong, I'll make it right.
