Checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record, which means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for tax and invoice purposes; we deliver the product.
What you bought
A digital PDF journal, provided as-is, for your personal use. Yours to keep, print, and use however helps your brain. Your license is personal and non-transferable. You may print it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the PDF publicly. Sharing with one household member is fine.
What you can do
- Print as many copies as you want for yourself.
- Use it forever. No subscription. No expiry.
- Share the link to this page freely. Recommend it to friends.
What you can't do
- Resell the PDF or share the file directly.
- Include pages in your own commercial product.
- Claim the content as your own.

EU 14-day withdrawal right
If you're an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on most online purchases (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). Because the PDF is a digital good, Lemon Squeezy asks you to explicitly waive that right at checkout so the download can start immediately. Once the download begins the statutory right is used up. Our separate 30-day Tabs-Still-Open Guarantee is broader than what the law requires, and it applies whether or not you waived the 14-day right. So you're covered either way.

Warranty & liability
The journal is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee specific outcomes, fixes, or changes to your productivity, anxiety, or ADHD symptoms. Every brain is different, and what helps one person may not help another.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to Brainwired is capped at the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost time, lost productivity, emotional distress).

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be handled in Dutch or EU courts, under Dutch and EU consumer law.
