Three lengths. Pick one.
Sarah K. is a Netherlands-based founder building gentle productivity tools for late-diagnosed ADHD adults.
Sarah K. is the founder of Brainwired, a digital ADHD Calm & Focus Journal made for late-diagnosed adults. She started the project in the Netherlands after her own diagnosis at 28, when every productivity tool she'd been faking with for fifteen years finally stopped working. She still runs it solo.
Sarah K. is the founder of Brainwired, a digital ADHD Calm & Focus Journal made for the late-diagnosed crowd. She got her own diagnosis at 28, in a therapist's office in the Netherlands, after fifteen years of being called “all over the place” and stacking abandoned planners on her shelf. The diagnosis was the easy part. The year after was harder. Every productivity system she tried was either too rigid or built for brains that already worked.
So she started making pages. Short enough that ADHD wouldn't quit. Forgiving enough that missing a day didn't cascade. With anxiety tools baked in, because for most late-diagnosed women, ADHD doesn't come alone. Two years later, those pages became Brainwired. If you ask her at a party what she does, she says: “I make a journal that doesn't guilt you when you skip it.”
Three beats, in case you need them.
Sarah was 28 when a therapist gave her the words: ADHD-combined type with generalized anxiety. Late, like most women. She cried in the car. Not from sadness. From the relief of having a name for it.
Every ADHD productivity tool she tried wanted streaks, daily check-ins, or tough love. None of it forgave a missed day. She wanted a 5-minute ritual that welcomed her back instead of punishing her.
Digital PDF, not an app, not a paper book. Apps wanted her to show up daily. Paper costs $30+ and ships slow. A printable PDF keeps it accessible at $9, and you reprint when life changes.
